I wanted to share a compliment for your Interpreter Munimah Ahmed Omer, They were really helpful in gaining the voice of the young person I was speaking to. The session was quite involved, but the young person was able to express himself with support from Munimah, and as a result he told me that he felt more hopeful than he had for a long time. I believe this was because he really felt listened to and heard. I the conversation flowed easily and I believe that this was a direct result of Munimah’s skill in facilitating the discussion. Yes unfortunately there was a problem with us joining teams, however Diana Haniefa kindly shared telephone number and we were able to complete telephone appointment The nature of the call turned out to be very sensitive and was cut short to around 30minutes. Given the nature of the original meeting it has been necessary to use interpreter again in emergency Diana has gone above and beyond to help in a very sensitive situation so would really like to pass on thanks to her and your organisation Once again thanks
